1. Free Local Delivery
Free local delivery may be available for orders placed with your selected branch. This service is provided at the sole discretion of the branch, is not guaranteed and may only be fulfilled if it can be incorporated into existing delivery routes. The branch reserves the right to decline any free local delivery request without liability.
2. Courier Delivery
If free local delivery cannot be accommodated, the branch may offer delivery via a third-party courier service. Additional delivery charges may apply and will be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch. Orders will only be processed through courier services once the customer has agreed to any applicable charges. The company is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from courier delivery.
3. Click & Collect
Customers may select Click & Collect at the time of order. By choosing this option, the customer accepts full responsibility for collecting the order from the chosen branch. The company and branch shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the customer’s collection of their order.
4. General Disclaimer
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that our delivery services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver items safely and within estimated timeframes, all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, accidents, road closures, strikes, or the actions or omissions of third parties.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We accept no responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unclear delivery details, or where the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
The company reserves the right to modify delivery options, fees, and methods at any time and the company shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from delivery decisions or failures.
